Delete a Sandesh Account

Delete in the app

Open Sandesh, choose Settings, open Account, then select Delete Account. Complete the verification steps shown in the app.

Data removed

Deletion removes the active profile, device credentials, push tokens, pending messages, status posts, and encrypted media associated with the account. Residual encrypted backup copies expire through the service's backup-rotation process unless retention is legally required.
