QR scanner

Open Contacts, choose Invite Friends, then select Scan. Allow camera access when prompted. If access was denied, open iOS Settings, select Sandesh, and enable Camera.

Account and identity

Your Sandesh identity is protected on your device. Create an encrypted backup before removing the app or moving to another device.

Messaging help

Confirm that your device has an active internet connection. If a message remains pending, reopen Sandesh and allow it to reconnect before retrying.

Request support

Use the developer contact displayed on the Sandesh App Store product page. Include your device model, iOS version, and a description of the problem. Never send message contents, passwords, recovery secrets, or private keys.
